Payment Policy

PAYMENT AND ENROLLMENT POLICY

Phenom Speed School runs in 8-week training cycles.
To reserve a spot, the entire 8-week cycle must be prepaid before training begins.

1. Payment Method
Payment is collected online at registration through our secure portal.
Full payment is required to confirm enrollment. We cannot hold spots without payment.
Because we limit the number of athletes in each group, all registrations are first-come, first-served.
No Rollover | Value Comes With Consistency
Missed sessions do not roll over to future cycles. Progress comes from showing up consistently.

2. Missed Sessions
There are no credits or refunds for missed sessions due to schedule conflicts, vacations, or no-shows.
Athletes are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible to get the full benefit of the program.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Our policy is designed to be fair to families while respecting the limited nature of our spots.

Before the Cycle Starts

More than 7 days before the start date:
You may cancel for a full refund.

Within 7 days of the start date:
You may cancel for a credit toward a future cycle, subject to availability.
No cash refunds within 7 days of the start date.

After the Cycle Has Started

Week 1 (First 7 days of the cycle):
You may request a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future cycle.

After Week 1:
No refunds for the remainder of the cycle.

In cases of season-ending injury or relocation, families may request a pro-rated credit toward a future program. Documentation may be required.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund/Credit
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by email so we have a written record.

Include:
-Athlete’s full name
-Parent/guardian name
-Session/cycle you are enrolled in
-Reason for cancellation

Please keep a copy of your email for your records. If you do not receive a reply within 2 business days, please follow up.
