PAYMENT POLICY

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer/Automatic Debit) is required for all memberships. If at any time you would like to cancel your membership, please cancel as described in the Cancellation policy.

Preferred Method of Payment of Monthly Fee Is Via The Phenom Phactory Membership Portal And Set Up As A Recurring Payment. * No Exceptions *

Automatic month-to-month: The 12 consecutive month membership programs will automatically go on month-to-month and be considered active after it has been completed until canceled as described in the Cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND EARLY CANCELLATION PENALTY: Phenom Phactory member must give notice of cancellation by Email to info@phenomphactory.com at least 5 business days prior to debit date. (Please note… Even if you notify your coach, you still are required to send and email to info@phenomphactory.com) Save a record of this email to serve as your cancellation receipt. If for any reason 12-month commitment membership is cancelled before the completion date, a $50.00 penalty for every debit date prior to cancellation notice being received by email will be due and debited immediately. Phenom Phactory member shall only be liable to Phenom Phactory for the lesser of the early cancellation penalty balance or remaining contract balance if contract was executed to completion date.
